Privacy Policy

SFX Global Logistics ("we", "us") respects your privacy. The SFX Shipping app helps customers estimate shipping prices and track shipments. This policy explains what we do and do not collect.

Information we collect

• Price calculator: works entirely on your device. The sizes and weights you enter are not sent to us or stored.
• Shipment tracking: when you enter a shipment code, that code is sent to our secure cloud only to look up and display that shipment's status. We do not ask for your name, email, phone, or location.
• On your device: your chosen language and light/dark theme are saved locally on your device for convenience. This never leaves your device.

We do not collect personal information

The app has no customer accounts, no advertising, and no tracking of you across other apps or websites. We do not collect personal data through the app.

Service providers

We use Google Firebase (a Google service) to store and serve shipment status securely. Google processes this data on our behalf under Google's privacy terms.

Data security

Shipment and business records are protected and accessible only to authorised SFX staff through a secured login. The public can only view limited shipment status information by entering a valid shipment code.

Children

This app is intended for business use and is not directed at children under 13.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected here with a new date.

سياسة الخصوصية

تحترم شركة SFX Global Logistics خصوصيتك. يساعد تطبيق SFX Shipping العملاء على تقدير أسعار الشحن وتتبّع شحناتهم. توضّح هذه السياسة ما نجمعه وما لا نجمعه.

المعلومات التي نتعامل معها

• حاسبة السعر: تعمل بالكامل على جهازك. الأبعاد والأوزان التي تدخلها لا تُرسل إلينا ولا تُخزَّن.
• تتبّع الشحنة: عند إدخال رقم الشحنة، يُرسَل هذا الرقم فقط إلى سحابتنا الآمنة لعرض حالة الشحنة. لا نطلب اسمك أو بريدك أو هاتفك أو موقعك.
• على جهازك: تُحفظ لغتك المختارة ووضع الألوان (فاتح/داكن) محلياً على جهازك فقط، ولا تغادر جهازك.

لا نجمع بيانات شخصية

لا يحتوي التطبيق على حسابات للعملاء ولا إعلانات ولا تتبّع لك عبر التطبيقات أو المواقع الأخرى.

مزوّدو الخدمة

نستخدم Google Firebase لتخزين وعرض حالة الشحنات بأمان، وتعالج Google هذه البيانات نيابة عنا وفق شروط الخصوصية الخاصة بها.

أمن البيانات

سجلّات الشحنات والأعمال محميّة ولا يمكن الوصول إليها إلا لموظفي SFX المصرّح لهم عبر تسجيل دخول آمن. يستطيع العملاء عرض معلومات محدودة عن حالة الشحنة فقط بإدخال رقم شحنة صحيح.
